The deputy of Cs affirms that, after the conseller considered Spain as 'another country', Buch 'is not that he lives in a neighboring country, but lives in a parallel world'
"Resign and stop denigrating public officials who risk their lives for the safety of all." This has been said by the deputy of Citizens (Cs), Matías Alonso, to the Minister of the Interior, Miquel Buch, when talking about the management made by the councilor of the fires that affected the Ribera d'Ebre last weeks. Alonso reminded Buch that "you are a State" and explained that "the emergency management and civil protection is a competence of the Generalitat that must be exercised in collaboration with the central administration whenever necessary", noting that this is contemplated in the 'InfoCAT' emergency plan.
The deputy of Cs has stated that, after the conseller considered the help of the Military Emergency Unit (UME) as 'support from another country', Buch "is not that he lives in a neighboring country, but lives in a world parallel". At the same time, he reminded him that, since the EMU was created, "he has always acted when the Generalitat requested it" and asked the minister if he even told the colonel who coordinates the EMU that "he considered him a good neighbour".
