An 82-year-old cyclist who was 10 kilometers from his house denounced in A Coruña
He tried to deceive the Traffic Civil Guards saying that he had gone out to buy

The Civil Guard has denounced an 82-year-old cyclist for not respecting the confinement required by the declaration of the state of alarm. Upon being identified, this person alleged that he had gone out to make the purchase and was already returning to his home. To ensure his return, the agents accompanied him to his alleged home, where the family he lives in was surprised and stated that he did not know the accused.
At that time, the accused acknowledged that he actually lives 10 kilometers from where he was identified and that, despite knowing the obligation to stay home, he usually goes out to practice this sport every Sunday.
After being denounced, the Civil Guard escorted him until he finally reached his true home.
The events have taken place on the AC-840 road at the height of Melide (A Coruña).
