The president of the parliamentary group of Citizens, Carlos Carrizosa, shows his support for the spokesman of the formation in Torroella during the trial held this morning for threats

"We have a threat trial and still yesterday, who was mayor of ERC in Torroella when they attacked us, was pulling to come to court today and threaten our councilor, Pere Cuadros, who won his minutes despite the separatist harassment." This is what the president of the parliamentary group of Citizens (Cs), Carlos Carrizosa, has pronounced to denounce “the hatred and intolerance” of the radical separatist groups that today are judged in La Bisbal d'Empordà for the threats suffered by the current spokesman of the formation in Torroella de Montgrí, Pere Cuadros, during the visit that made the game on January 26 and in which a councilman of Blanes, Sergio Atalaya, was also attacked when he received the impact of a can in the face.

Carrizosa has defended "the courage of my partner Pere Cuadros against the totalitarian". The councilor will go to court together with several deputies and members of the orange formation who witnessed the threats during the visit to Torroella. "They told their mother 'your son has the days counted here'" recalled Carrizosa, who added that, despite this situation of harassment and persecution, Cuadros presented himself for the elections "and won his minutes because there are many neighbors of Torroella de Montgrí who also vote for us ”.

Finally, the Orange parliamentary spokesman wanted to show that Citizens "will continue to claim freedom and stand up to the separatism that seeks to coerce the rights of all Spaniards who disagree."
