The head of the opposition asks the PSC for explanations and points out that 'Catalonia needs political alternation for democratic health and commitment of political leaders'
"I ask that Miquel Iceta not look the other way before the corruption scandal affecting the mayor of L’Hospitalet, Núria Marín." This has been said by the leader of the opposition in Catalonia and president of the Citizens (Cs) group in the Parliament of Catalonia, Carlos Carrizosa, when reacting on the alleged relationship of the mayor of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, president of the PSC and of the Barcelona Provincial Council, Núria Marín with a case of embezzlement and diversion of subsidies. Carrizosa has pointed out that "it is not the first case of corruption that splashes the PSC in the metropolitan area" and has recalled that there are cases prosecuted in Sabadell, Santa Coloma de Gramanet, Sant Adrià del Besòs and now in L’Hospitalet.
The head of the opposition has asked the socialists for explanations and pointed out that "Catalonia needs political alternation for democratic health and the commitment of political leaders." "The PSC must act", he has sentenced and added that "it is important to regenerate the institutions" both in municipalities "always governed by them, and in the Generalitat" and has given the example of the Junta de Andalucía where Cs ended "with 40 years of socialist governments ”. "The political alternation is necessary to lift carpets and open sales", has ended.
