The leader of Cs in Catalonia assures that it is not typical of 'a serious government' to modify the crime of sedition to favor people who gave 'a blow to democracy'
"I propose to the constitutionalists a union so that we do not have 10 more years of 'procés' and we fight against the pandemic." This has been said by the leader of Ciudadanos (Cs) in Catalonia and head of the opposition, Carlos Carrizosa, in an interview in 'Cafè d'idees' on Ràdio 4 and La 2, after sending a letter to the main opposition parties in the Parliament to arrange a meeting and "assess formulas to avoid the blockade of the independence forces."
Carrizosa hopes that the president of the Parliament, Roger Torrent, "starts the clock to call elections" and has made a call for mobilization because "we cannot leave the keys to the government to people who do not think about the Government." The orange leader has assured that he trusts the PSC to make "a tripartite with the PP and Cs" so that there is "a coalition government, transversal, with a closed program" that puts an end to the ‘procés’.
On the other hand, the leader of Cs in Catalonia has assured that it is not typical of "a serious government" to modify the crime of sedition to favor people who gave "a blow to democracy." And he has once again insisted that "the government of Spain must think about the general good of all Spaniards" and see "how it distributes the millions that come from Europe to face the crisis." Carrizosa has also pointed out that there should be no "blackmail table" outside the institutions and the law.
