The president of the Cs parliamentary group believes that 'Sánchez should require Torra to say whether he will abide by the Constitution' and, if he does not, apply the 155

"We have at the head of the Generalitat an alleged offender who does not respect the laws and who is announcing that he will do it again." This has been said by the president of the Citizens' Parliamentary Group (Cs), Carlos Carrizosa, after learning that the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has prosecuted the president of the Generalitat, Quim Torra, for not withdrawing the separatist propaganda and "Not respecting the neutrality" of public institutions, as they have already denounced since the orange training.

In statements to the media, Carrizosa recalled that Ciudadanos was "the only party" that denounced it before a Government of Spain led by Pedro Sánchez who "looked the other way".

After the decision of the TSJC, the president of Cs expects Sánchez to act and require the president of the Generalitat to say whether he will "abide by the Constitution or not. "If it does not, it must be enforced through article 155," he concluded.
