The president of the Popular Party, Pablo Casado, met today with the president of the Union of Latin American Parties (UPLA) and senator from Bolivia, Oscar Ortiz.
During the meeting held today at the national headquarters of the PP, Casado was interested in the process of democratic transition in Bolivia, as well as the diplomatic incident that occurred this weekend when Spanish embassy officials agreed to the Mexican legation in La Paz, where there are nine members of the former Evo Morales Executive.
