More than 700 attendees gathered at the Palacio de Cibeles in Madrid on the occasion of the delivery of the XVII National Young Entrepreneur Award, promoted by the Spanish Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (CEAJE). This award has been consolidated as a national reference event in the field of entrepreneurship and the business world.
Francisco López, CEO of Lopesan Hotel Group, was awarded the National Young Entrepreneur Award, becoming the first young Canarian businessman to win this award, and thus collecting the witness of Enrique Riquelme, president of the renewable energy company COX Energy, which last year was awarded this award.
In addition to the National Prize, six accésits were granted in the categories of innovation, business internationalization, generational change, social commitment, Latin American entrepreneur and autonomous entrepreneur. These awards went to INHAUS House, We Are Knitters, MASALTOS, PARAFINA, El Cielo and TRUEKITrespectively. The delivery of these accésits allows CEAJE to recognize the success of all the entrepreneurial trajectories of young entrepreneurs in their different aspects, forms and fields.
In his speech, the president of CEAJE, Fermín Albaladejo, insisted on the need to "form a stable and moderate government" and "flee from those approaches that seek to increase fiscal pressure on companies." Albaladejo has taken advantage of his speech to remind the Government "CEAJE's willingness to work together to promote business vocations among young people, as well as to create a favorable environment for the creation of companies."
