The CEO of the CEOE Campus, Mª Teresa Gómez Condado, and the president of the Association of Women Managers and Entrepreneurs, AMMDE, Sara Navarro, have signed a collaboration agreement in order to promote the talent of women through leadership projects female CEOE Campus.

He Progresa project aims to equip women with high potential with the tools and skills necessary to promote their professional careers and assume positions or roles of greater responsibility in companies in the future, focusing on emerging leaders to achieve the same objective in managerial positions . Both projects aim to support female talent, make it visible and also sensitize companies to the necessary gender balance in decision-making, and make equality a key factor in business development and as a fundamental boost to the competitiveness of women. Business.

Mª Teresa Gómez and Sara Navarro will present the details of this agreement next September, 10th, through a virtual meeting, to publicize the next projects of female leadership, digitization, wellness and sustainability of CEOE Campus.
