The Spanish Association for Standardization (UNE) presented from a general perspective the contribution of technical standards in the transition to a Circular Economy.
Next, different sectors explained practical examples of implementation of circular solutions, in particular, the plastics industry (ANAIP), plastic recyclers (ANARPLA), office furniture (STEELCASE), sustainable packaging (ECOEMBES), chemical industry (BASF ), urban wastewater management (SUEZ) and new technologies (EPSON).
