The president of the Education and Training Committee of CEOE, José Antonio Sarría Terrón, and the head of Project, Training and PRL of Cepyme, Javier González, participate in the conference “training as an essential factor for employability”, organized by the State Foundation for Employment Training.

Both have participated in a round table entitled "Social agents facing new digital challenges", which have also been Lola Santillana Vallejo, Confederal Secretary of Employment and Professional Qualification of CCOO, Luis de Burgos Díaz, member of the Technical Cabinet of CIG and Sebastián Pacheco Cortés, Confederal Secretary of Training of UGT.

All of them have agreed on the need for a profound change in the current employment training model so that companies and workers can successfully tackle the current digitalization challenges that are changing the global business landscape.
