Susana Sanchiz, has a law degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE and a master's degree in Management and Management of Educational Centers from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University. For its part, the professional career of Natalia Martínez, a graduate in Sociology from the Pontifical University of Salamanca and a master's degree in Human Resources Management and Management, has been linked for 11 years to CEOE, where she has worked in the seven editions of the Promociona project.

It has a complete program to strengthen the professional and leadership skills of women, in addition to raising awareness among companies regarding equality. Progresa is an initiative conceived as a result of the success achieved by the Promociona project to achieve equality in senior management. Progresa puts the focus on emerging business leaders to achieve that same goal in management positions. With both projects, the aim is to support female talent, make it visible and also sensitize companies about the necessary gender balance in decision-making, and turn equality into a key factor in business development and as a fundamental boost in the competitiveness of Business.
