The Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises (CEPYME) has joined the Randstad Values initiative, promoted by Randstad, with the aim of spreading the importance of management by company values among Spanish managers and businessmen.

The president of CEPYME, Gerardo Cuerva and the executive president of Randstad, Rodrigo Martín, have ratified the adhesion of the Confederation to this initiative that, in the words of Gerardo Cuerva, represents the commitment of small and medium entrepreneurs to society and with a management in which values like tolerance, equality, solidarity and sustainability prevail. "A way to run companies, in short, more committed to ethics and morality."

For his part, Rodrigo Martín explained that with Randstad Values "We materialize our firm belief that another way of managing companies and behaving in them is possible; a professional life guided by high ethical and moral codes, by values such as, for example, honesty, integrity, perseverance or transparency ".

With the aim of spreading values such as commitment, responsibility or improvement, not only in the business world, but in society in general, Randstad celebrates in several cities the Randstad Values Conferences. Through their testimonies, speakers from companies and spheres of society of all kinds explain how ethical and moral principles have helped them overcome difficulties and reinvent themselves. In this way, it is sought to transfer to executives and entrepreneurs unique testimonies of leadership, motivation and improvement, among others, that will help them to face their business management from another perspective.
