Criterion on the application of the measures of suspension and reduction of working hours during the phase of de-confinement of the state of alarm

With a view to the restart of some activities on Monday the 4th, and to the subsequent de-escalation, we published the Interpretative criteria of the General Directorate of Labor on the application of ERTEs during the deconfinition phase, published by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy.

This criterion clarifies the return to activity as of Monday, allowing companies that are in an ERTE of force majeure to partially incorporate their workers into the activity or on shorter hours.
