Edmundo Bal warns that the Socialists are portrayed with this vote and accuses them of 'violating the separation of powers' for 'tolerating yellow ties in public buildings or asking for pardon'

The deputy spokesman of the Parliamentary Group Citizens (GPCs) Edmundo Bal has defended in the Plenary Session of Congress a liberal training initiative to reject pardons to coup politicians. The motion could not be approved because the PSOE, Podemos and the nationalists have voted against.

During the debate Bal has warned that "the PSOE must be portrayed with this vote and decide whether to say 'yes' to the pardons to the separatists." "The Government has tolerated yellow ties in public buildings, has admitted a rapporteur, has sent Iglesias to negotiate with the independentists in prison, has criticized the provisional prison cars and has requested pardon," Bal has criticized from the rostrum of the Congress, which added that "this violates the separation of powers."

"The will of the jurisdictional power is disturbed when high socialist positions say that people in provisional prison should be on the street or when Iceta says that you have to be brave and ask for pardon," said the deputy of the liberal formation.
