This protocol aims to ensure additional protection against cases of professional harassment that may occur between military personnel and those already provided by military legislation, both in the disciplinary and criminal fields, by virtue of two standards with the rank of organic law such as the Organic Law of the Disciplinary Regime of the Armed Forces and the Organic Law of the Military Criminal Code.
This initiative shows the resounding rejection of this Ministry against harassment in all its variants, contributing together with the Protocol of action against sexual and sexual harassment in the Armed Forces and the adaptation of the Protocol of action against workplace harassment in the General State Administration to the characteristics of the Ministry of Defense, to prevent any form of harassment within the scope of the Department.
