Resident in Buenavista del Norte (Tenerife), he was already arrested after assaulting a neighbor and spitting out screaming that he had the virus

After failing the coronavirus test, and being released, the aggressor has once again spat at the civil guards when he was to be arrested again for damages and injuries.

The court of Icod de los Vinos (Tenerife) has already decreed that he be admitted to provisional prison, communicated and without bail

The Civil Guard has detained a person for the second time in less than 48 hours for not respecting the confinement and assaulting a neighbor in the town of Buenavista del Norte (Tenerife). In both the first and second arrests, this 41-year-old man spat and attacked the civil guards who had to intervene.

The detainee screamed that he had the virus and threatened agents and neighbors with infecting them. In order to be transferred to the hospital, it was necessary to activate the civil guards specialized in CBRN defense (Nuclear, Radiological, Biological and Chemical). After giving a negative test, he was discharged from the hospital and was released by the judicial authority.

Second arrest

After discharge, the detainee returned to the municipality of Buenavista del Norte, where he has repeated the same aggressive behavior, disturbing public order, and again assaulting the officers who came to the scene.

After this second arrest, he is charged with the crimes of public disorder, attack against law enforcement officers, damages and injuries.

The proceedings have been placed at the disposal of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 1 of Icod de los Vinos, which has decreed that he be admitted to provisional prison without bond.
