The investigation began in February last year when the agents detected the existence of organizations dedicated to drug trafficking, especially through the commission of "drug spills" using firearms, including weapons of war.

It should be noted that sometimes they made effective use of them, even with weapons of war, of great damaging and destructive potential, leaving behind vehicles from other organizations "riddled" and the impacts of numerous "stray bullets" reaching homes or establishments located on the periphery of the place of the assault.

In order not to be detected by the agents, the organization carried out constant changes of the high-end vehicles together with the important security measures. This made the investigation especially difficult, in addition to the organization's own dangerousness, which, in addition to having the aforementioned firearms, did not hesitate to carry out leaks at high speed, compromising the safety of other road users, or ramming to police vehicles in the event that officers tried to intercept them.

During the search of his home, he was seized with a pistol and an assault submachine gun.
The investigation, promoted by the Algeciras Prosecutor's Office and directed by the Investigating Court No. 4 of La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz), has been carried out by the Information units of the Civil Guard and the National Police of Algeciras and Málaga , as well as the Organic Judicial Police Unit of Malaga.
