On August 28, the president of CEOE International, Marta Blanco, participated in the fourth teleconference of the EMPOWER working group of the G20, a private sector alliance that meets periodically, in parallel to the G20, and whose two-year mandate is to The objective is to advance the participation of women in senior management in the private sector.

During the conference, the draft commitments and recommendations of the group were presented which, once agreed and consolidated, will be, on the one hand, signed by the network of business representatives at a global level that make up EMPOWER and, on the other hand, delivered to the G20 government leaders.

These recommendations and commitments will be accompanied by a study of good business practices, as well as a study of the current status of SDG 5.5.2 of the countries that make up the group, carried out in collaboration with the OECD and the ILO.
