The secretary general of the Regional Business Confederation Extremeña, CREEX, Javier Peinado, has ensured that the unemployment data for the month of August "show the trend of the labor market in the region" and explained that "our productive fabric creates employment for a few months and that we are not able to maintain it the rest of the year because of the peculiarity of the activity itself ”.
In this regard, he stressed that "we continue with the same structural problems, which go far beyond the current circumstances we have been living in the last years of crisis." Peinado has stressed that "we need adequate infrastructure and investments that encourage this change in production model and, without a doubt, be able to grow our companies."
The general secretary of the Extremaduran bosses has stated that “now it is time to analyze in the context of the social dialogue and the agreement some points such as the disincentivation in the concurrence to the aid to the indefinite hiring and it will be necessary to give a return to the bureaucratic load and requirements , since indefinite hiring is one of the objectives of active employment policies and should be encouraged ”.
