The Tree of InnoDiversity It is based on solid academic research that allows to measure, compare and find guidelines for improvement in the management of diversity for innovation. Participation is free, anonymous and constitutes an opportunity to discover if a company is a beginner, advanced, expert, or referent in this field. Organizations that participate will receive specific recommendations based on the result of their marker.

Any Spanish company can already benefit from the application of electronic self-diagnosis. It is available on the IE Business School Diversity Center website as well as in the Foundation for Diversity.

The aggregate results of the companies that participate during the last semester of 2019, will be disseminated globally and anonymously, to know how the Spanish business fabric behaves in these two fields.
