MACARENA MONTESINOS: “WE WANT TO BELIEVE THE REST OF COMMISSIONS IN THE CONGRESS TO CONTROL THE GOVERNMENT AND TO PREVENT THAT THEY CONTINUE TO MANAGE THE INSTITUTIONS”
- It is not understood that having the possibility of exercising control over the Government, through the creation of the Commissions in Congress, Vox seems to be another member of the Executive because they do not want to be constituted. It is not understood, for example, that they do not support the creation of the Democratic Quality Audit Committee with the shame of Government we have.
- There is an absolute disaffection of citizenship towards the institutions that this Government manages and instrumentalizes. Today there is no separation of powers in Spain. A lady who sat on a seat the next day occupies the State Attorney General's Office, is used without shame or blush to the State Advocacy and Minister Ábalos lies permanently. We must ensure democratic quality.
- It is also essential to create the Gender Violence Commission – it was a PP government that approved the State Pact with funding of more than 1,000 million, but this Government has not applied a single one of those measures – to create the Commission of the Toledo Pact to redirect the problem of pensions or the RTVE Commission on government television publicized as the most manipulated and sectarian of the EU.
JOSÉ IGNACIO ECHÁNIZ: “WE WANT TO INCORPORATE A NEW RIGHT THROUGHOUT THE NATIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM: PALLIATIVE CARE”
- Palliative care is the solution of progress and science to alleviate pain. Against the euthanasia proposed by the PSOE, we defend a socially just alternative, which allows death without suffering and without forcing people towards assisted suicide. We have an obligation to eliminate pain and suffering but not the person with pain and suffering.
- The law proposed by the PSOE is rejected by health professionals, professional associations, bioethics committees, and the majority of Spanish society.
- The PSOE has stolen from the Spanish society all the legal and procedural guarantees that a rule of this nature should comply with. Instead of presenting the Government with a Bill, the PSOE presents a Proposal for a law, which allows it to avoid the mandatory studies and consultations to guarantee the correctness and legality of the norm, such as the Council of State, professional associations and bioethics committees.
- This proposal of the PSOE is of doubtful constitutionality for the fundamental rights concerned: the right to life, the right to physical and moral integrity, the principles of human dignity and the free development of personality and the value of freedom.
JAIME DE OLANO: "WE PROPOSE TO UPDATE THE AUTONOMOUS FINANCING SYSTEM AND THAT THE GOVERNMENT RETURNS THE 2.500 MILLION EUROS TO THE CC.AA THAT AWARDS THE VAT"
- We want to update and modernize the autonomous financing system to guarantee equality, equity, transparency and fiscal co-responsibility. A system that takes into account all the actors involved, such as the last system approved by the GPP, that runs away from bilaterality and that meets the general interests.
- The agenda for the reunion born of the meeting between Pedro Sánchez and Quim Torra rewards the sedition with a series of privileges that the rest of the Autonomous Communities will not enjoy. For example, investment in Catalonia increases by 70% and in Galicia it decreases by 17%.
- That the Government of Sanchez denies to the Autonomous Communities the 2,500 million euros that owes them of the VAT and to the Town councils the 700 million euros that it owes them is a true robbery, something intolerable.
- The exercise of disloyalty and political trilerismo of the Government has generated consensus difficult to imagine against the Sanchez Executive: Autonomous Communities governed by the PP, the PP and C’s, the PSOE with Podemos, and the nationalists.
