Incautados más de 7.000 muñecos de una conocida marca valorados en 150.000 euros en Badalona
La comercialización de estos artículos falsificados representa un grave riesgo para la seguridad de los consumidores, especialmente los menores
La Guardia Civil ha intervenido en Badalona 7.320 muñecos de moda valorados en 150.000 euros. Estas pequeñas figuras coleccionables de una conocida marca eran comercializadas sin las autorizaciones legales correspondientes.
Los agentes detectaron la venta de estos populares muñecos falsificados en un establecimiento de la localidad. Durante la inspección al comercio identificaron los juguetes como réplicas que estaban expuestos para su venta.
La falsificación y venta de productos sin los correspondientes controles de calidad representan un riesgo adicional, especialmente cuando se trata de artículos dirigidos a menores. Los productos no siempre cumplen con los estándares de seguridad requeridos pudiendo provocar daños en su uso.
La Guardia Civil ha investigado al responsable del establecimiento por un delito contra la propiedad industrial. Los juguetes incautados han sido entregados a la Sección de Contrabando de la Aduana Principal de Barcelona, donde serán analizados para determinar su origen y características exactas.
La intervención la ha llevado a cabo una patrulla de Fiscal y de Fronteras (PAFIF) con base en Premià de Mar (Barcelona).
