Intercepted a sailboat loaded with about 800 kilos of cocaine in international waters near the Azores Islands

The North American sailboat “SEASCAPE” was located offshore by the Special Operations Vessel Petrel I of the Tax Agency, being towed to the Military Arsenal of the Port of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
The Operation has been developed jointly between the National Police, the Tax Agency and the Civil Guard, and has allowed some 800 kilograms of cocaine housed in the ship's own structure to intervene, and the arrest of its three crew members
