The Civil Guard has investigated two people accused of crimes against the public administration and the crime of disobedience, which were recorded making vexatious comments to various administrations while they failed to comply with the provisions of the Royal Decree regulating the movements of people during the period of the State of Alarm. .

The performance took place, after the Civil Guard was aware, of the dissemination through social networks of a video in which two people made vexatious comments against the Civil Guard and Civil Protection while driving.

The recording was made last March 25, during the alarm state, when the occupants were circulating through various streets in the town of Mollina (Malaga), without using their seat belts and drinking alcohol.

The occupants of the vehicle, two residents of said town, have been investigated for crimes against the public administration, a crime of disobedience, as well as complaints have been made for violations of the road safety law for reckless driving, driving without using the seat belt security and not have compulsory vehicle insurance, proceeding to the immobilization and sealing of the vehicle in which they were circulating.
