Seville, October 5, 2020. The Electoral Committee (CEL) of VOX has decided to proclaim the candidacy headed by Javier Cortés Lucena for preside over the Provincial Executive Committee (CEP) for a period of four years.
After finalizing the internal elections process, the Electoral Committee has finalized the candidacy led by Javier Cortés Lucena to preside over VOX Sevilla, whose Provincial Executive Committee is configured as follows:
President: Javier Cortés Lucena.
Vice president. Rafael Morillo Salvador.
Secretary: Fátima Azmani Ramírez.
Members: Fernando Rodríguez Galisteo.
Susana Portillo Martos.
Alfonso Otero Delgado.
Javier Cortés, 42-year-old economist and father of two daughters, has been in charge of the VOX Sevilla manager from February to September of this year, and is one of the founders of the party in the province of Seville.
Under his leadership, VOX has achieved a wide presence in the province of Seville and representation in 15 municipalities, with a total of 23 councilors, its own group in the Seville Provincial Council, two Andalusian parliamentarians and two deputies in Congress. VOX today has more than 2,300 members in the province and is the second political force in Seville only behind the PSOE, according to the results of the last general elections.
