José Ángel Antelo is the new president of the Provincial Executive Committee in Murcia. His was the only candidacy that achieved the minimum guarantees necessary to be admitted – as was reported on September 14 -, which meant that the elections were not held. Today he has been proclaimed president of VOX Murcia.
Antelo, councilor and spokesman for the Municipal Group of the Murcia City Council, has the support of Lourdes Méndez, national deputy, as vice president; Carmen Menduiña, councilor of GM Lorca, as treasurer and secretary; Antonio Martínez Nieto, one of the creators of Campus VOX, as a vocal; Pilar García, councilor for GM Cartagena, as a member; and Antonio Martínez Sánchez, councilor for GM Molina de Segura, as a member.
José Ángel Antelo is grateful for the massive support received from members and for the trust placed in his candidacy, and states: "We continue to work with enthusiasm for the well-being of the Region of Murcia and the Spaniards."
Thus, a process dedicated to the manager in Murcia continues, of which Antelo and his team emphasize that the accounts have turned positive (achieving the self-financing of the party), the opening of two new venues (one in Cartagena and the other, province, in the Plaza Circular de Murcia), the number of affiliates has grown considerably (3,000 in total, which is 20% more since the current manager is in charge) and the magazine "La Reconquista" has been launched , among other achievements.
