The Soriano José Luis Mateo Gonzalo, president of the Association of Electrical Installers and Telecommunications of the Province of Soria (APIES), has chaired today, for the first time in his regional mandate, the Permanent Commission and Assembly of the Castilian and Leonese Federation, PECALE , held at the headquarters of FOES.

Representatives of the nine provinces of Castile and Leon have met in Soria to learn, among other matters on the agenda, the President's Report, which pays special attention to the dissemination of the new maintenance contract model for those facilities that must overcome the Technical Inspection of Buildings (ITE).

Since this year, the Board understands that buildings over 40 years old with a maintenance contract signed with an installation company are in safety conditions as far as electrical installation is concerned, so it will not be necessary to undergo the check-up. list of competent technician. The importance that the measure has for the sector is such that PECALE will redouble its work in order to communicate it to all interested parties.

Among other matters of relevance, the President's Report has highlighted the situation of the industrial training subsidies recently convened by the Junta de Castilla y León, as well as the resolution of the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC) by which sanctions Endesa with 5.5 million euros for the distortion of free competition and unfair acts.

The new president of the regional Federation PECALE -which holds the presidency of APIES since 2011- took possession of his mandate last March.

The members of the Permanent Commission and those attending the Assembly of the regional Federation visited the Numancia site early on before the start of the work meetings, held at the headquarters of the Federation of Sorian Business Organizations (FOES).
