Justice resumes the processing of the procedures for acquiring Spanish nationality by residence


The resolution of Justice published today seeks to avoid some effects of this paralysis by attending to the protection of the general interest. On the other hand, the suspension of the 180-day period established by legislation is maintained so that acts relating to the oath or promise of fidelity to the King and obedience to the Constitution and laws, and the resignation are carried out before the person in charge of the Civil Registry. to the previous nationality, when appropriate, as well as the request for the corresponding registrations.
