The Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries, FIAB, celebrates these days the Business Meetings Latam 2019, the business meetings that bring together Latin American buyers and distributors with Spanish companies from the food and beverage industry.

A total of 15 companies, representing the main supermarket chains in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Chile and Peru, hold meetings with about 50 Spanish manufacturers in the sector with the aim of knowing your offer closely and establish new business relationships that contribute to expanding the presence of our products in all corners of the world.

These meetings, which have the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, ICEX and CESCE, and the collaboration of Credilex and Alimentaria, are precisely one of the most valued activities of international promotion, especially for small and medium enterprises.

"Thanks to these meetings, international buyers can get to know Spanish food and beverages first hand, an excellent opportunity to consolidate and boost the international projection of these companies and their products," said Mauricio García de Quevedo, CEO of FIAB.

Total, FIAB will promote more than 300 meetings throughout two intense working days. As a complementary activity, the Latin American delegation will also visit several facilities of Spanish factories in Andalusia, Catalonia and Galicia to meet on-site the production processes and the commitment of the Spanish industry for quality and safety.
