LEGAL BASES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PLANETA MANGA CONTEST AGAINST VIRUSES IN SOCIAL NETWORKS
1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION
This contest, called by EDITORIAL PLANETA, S.A. Unipersonal Company (hereinafter EDITORIAL PLANETA) with registered office at Avda. Diagonal 662-664, 08034 Barcelona, and provided with C.I.F. A-08-186.249, aims to promote the Planeta Manga magazine and its authors on Instagram and Twitter and promote manga reading on these social platforms.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The promotion will start on April 16, 2020 and will end on May 10 at 11:59 p.m. Participations made outside this period will be considered void.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements will be the following:
• Reside in Spanish national territory, including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
• Be a natural person, over 18 years of age.
• If you participate from Instagram, follow the official profile of Planeta Cómic @PlanetadComic
• If you participate from Twitter, follow the official profile of Planeta Cómic @PlanetadComic
The dynamics of participation will be as follows:
The participant will upload their illustration to Twitter or Instagram indicating their participation in the contest using the hashtag #MangaContraElVirus and tag @planetadcomic.
By participating in the contest, you accept these legal bases, which can be found at https://blogs.planetadelibros.com/planetageek/.
Illustration must meet all of the following requirements:
A) It must be original from the author and unpublished in all formats (paper, electronic …).
B) Must not be pending a resolution process for an award, contest or similar.
C) The illustration must be related to the fight against the coronavirus, in whatever way.
D) The author gives up all rights to this illustration.
Illustrations submitted that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be discarded from participation in this contest.
The selected illustrations will be used for the dissemination of Planeta Manga in different promotional actions, starting with the publication in the Planeta Manga magazine itself.
Each participant can participate as many times as they want. As it is not a random drawing, the quality of your contribution will be valued, not the quantity.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION, WINNER'S COMMUNICATION AND PRIZES
From all the illustrations presented on Instagram and Twitter, 3 winners will be chosen within a maximum period of 10 business days after the end of the contest. This selection will be carried out by an internal jury, which will decide by simple majority based on its content and artistic quality.
The organization will contact said winners by means of a message to the participant's social network account within a maximum period of 15 business days after the end of the draw.
The award consists of the publication of the selected illustration in Nº XX of the Planeta Manga magazine (without additional payments or royalties) and the sending of 2 copies of it after its publication to each of the 3 winners, respectively.
The winner must respond to the communications made by Planeta accepting the prize and providing a delivery address within 5 business days (the prize will be sent to the winner by post), in case it does not, said declaration will be declared. participation as deserted and EDITORIAL PLANETA will have the prize.
The winners will be announced within a maximum period of 10 business days after the end of the draw on Planeta Cómic's social networks:

The award will be delivered only in Spanish territory (including, therefore, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). In the event of being the winner, the participant authorizes the publication of their personal identifying data in the channels indicated in this point, with the sole objective of communicating the winners and reservations.
Editorial Planeta, S.A.U. reserves the right, in case of forced necessity, to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics.
The data must be provided by the participant truthfully, in particular, it is very important that the email address is correct since this will be the main means of communication with the participants. Any false communication of personal data will entitle the organizers of this raffle to disqualify the winner for said act.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any of the participants does not comply with the requirements set forth in the Terms, that the participation had been made after the dates indicated above, or that the data provided to participate were not valid, their participation will be considered null and void. automatically excluded from the Promotion losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
6.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant regarding the prize / s you get from this Promotion.
The prizes are subject to these legal bases and it will not be possible to replace them totally or partially with cash. The prizes will not be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winners. If the prize is rejected by the winner, no alternative will be offered. Its sale or alienation is strictly prohibited.
The participants of this raffle exonerate, in the broadest possible way in law and without limiting in any way their rights as consumers, to the organizer, for any type of responsibility, sanction, claim, lawsuit or civil, commercial, criminal, administrative cause , including indemnities of any nature and / or nature, expenses, costs (with express inclusion of attorney and attorney fees).

7.- SOCIAL NETWORKS
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Twitter and Instagram, so the Participants release said RRSS from all responsibility for any damages that may arise from it.
EDITORIAL PLANETA will not assume any responsibility for problems or technical failures of social networks, telephone lines, computer systems, servers, software or error of any email message destined for EDITORIAL PLANETA.
8.- INTELLECTUAL, INDUSTRIAL AND IMAGE RIGHTS:
By simply participating in this contest, the contestant supplying the illustration / s declares to be the owner of the rights over the illustrations submitted to the contest (and, where appropriate, the texts incorporated therein) and guarantees that it has all the necessary authorizations for its use by PLANETA in the framework of this contest.
Participants in the promotion transfer to the organizer, exclusively, for everyone and with the power to transfer to third parties, all the exploitation rights – including the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation – that may correspond to them on the publications presented to the contest, for its eventual exploitation in any known modality, medium and / or support and for the maximum period of validity of said rights in each territory.
The participants expressly authorize public communication and the publication of publications on any website and the so-called "social networks". By accepting the prize, the winner gives the organizer his rights to the publication, for the incorporation of the prize into any national or international commercial or promotional operation of the organizer's products, in any form, medium or medium.

The mere fact of participating in this raffle implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as express acceptance of Planet's interpretative decisions. If the prize is not accepted as stated in these Terms, it will be understood that it is waived and in this case the draw will be declared void.
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
In the event that the present draw is suspended due to force majeure, the Organizer will be exempt from any responsibility for it.
11.- INCOMPATIBILITIES
The employees or direct family members of Grupo Planeta may not participate in the draw. Suppliers and collaborators who have participated in the preparation and / or management of this raffle, as well as their first-degree direct relatives, may not participate either.
12.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, TAXATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance of these bases.
Taxes and expenses will be borne by the winners – whatever their nature may be derived from the prizes. Also, the shipping costs will be borne by the organizer.
