The electoral documentation, collected in the Provincial Delegations and Subdelegations of the Electoral Census Office, was delivered by the Ministry of Defense to its recipients in 26 different places in the world (16 Operations zones and 10 Navy ships) in a shorter period 4 days to, in this way, guarantee the fundamental right of all citizens to participate in public affairs, included in article 23.1 of the Spanish Constitution and in accordance with the procedure that enables article 74 of the Organic Law 5/1985 June 19, General Electoral.
