Real Madrid won the title in Cardiff against Sevilla.

Six years have passed since the second European Super Cup of the Real Madrid. After winning the Tenth a few months before, the team lifted a new continental title in Cardiff (Wales), where they defeated Sevilla with a double of Cristiano Ronaldo (2-0). The Portuguese was named MVP of the meeting.
