One of the most wanted fugitives in Spain arrested in Barcelona

He is the alleged perpetrator of a homicide committed in 2002, when he shot an employee of a Tarragona company in the head during a robbery
After his location in a hard-to-reach farmhouse located in Castellvi de la Marca (Barcelona), from which he barely left a few hours a day, the agents entered urgently, although he was not found since, moments before, there was exited through a back door, taking refuge in a nearby forest
After an extensive device, which even had the support of aerial means with thermal cameras, he was detained in the nearby town of Múnia where he waited to be picked up by relatives and taken to an unknown place
For many years he pretended to be someone else, cheating even his current romantic partner and her daughter, who were stunned to learn his true identity and his violent background
