The president of the Popular Party, Pablo Casado, together with the vice secretary of Sectorial of the PP, Elvira Rodríguez and the spokeswoman for Agriculture of the GPP in Congress, Milagros Marcos, have held today, in Congress, a meeting with the professional agricultural organizations ASAJA , UPA and COAG.
The meeting was attended by the president of the Agricultural Association of Young Farmers (ASAJA), Pedro Barato, the general secretary of the Union of Small Farmers (UPA), Lorenzo Ramos, and the general secretary of the Coordinator of Organizations (COAG), Miguel White, accompanied by others responsible for their respective associations.
During the meeting, the OPAS have transferred to the president of the PP their concern about the serious situation that is going through the field and that has resulted in a calendar of mass mobilizations, for a month now and to which the OPAS come together, because of the discomfort caused by the inaction of the Government.
