Resolution of April 7 of the General Directorate of the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music communicating the extension of the temporary suspension of opening to the public of the scenic spaces and other centers managed by INAEM, such as consequence of the situation and evolution of COVID-19.

Following the recommendations issued by the health authorities on the occasion of the expansion of COVID-19, dated March 11, 2020, INAEM agreed to close the scenic spaces and temporarily suspend activities for the period between March 11 and 26, 2020.

Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, approved by the extraordinary Council of Ministers, declared the state of alarm since March 15 throughout the national territory for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19 for a period of 15 calendar days for the equipment and activities listed in its Annex.

Subsequently, the Ministry of Health published Order SND / 257/2020, of March 19, declaring the suspension of opening of tourist accommodation establishments to the public, in accordance with article 10.6 of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19.

On March 25, the Resolution of March 25 of the General Directorate of the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music is formalized, communicating the extension of the temporary suspension of opening to the public of the scenic spaces and others centers managed by INAEM, as a consequence of the situation and evolution of COVID-19, after the approval by vote of the Congress of Deputies of the Government's request for the extension of the Alarm State that will extend the situation and restrictive mobility measures and of suspension of activities that the State of Alarm carries rigged until April 11.

On April 7, the Government approved in the Council of Ministers that it is going to request the extension of the state of alarm to the Congress of Deputies until 24 hours on April 25.

Considering the above and without prejudice to the authorization by the Congress of Deputies,

HAS:
First.
Communicate the extension, until 24 hours on April 25, of the closure to the public of the scenic spaces and other centers managed by the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music.

Second.
This resolution shall be urgently conveyed to agents, companies, companies, institutions, artists and other groups of interest, as well as to the representatives of the Agency's workers.

Third.
Proceed immediately to publicize this Resolution through, among other means, the Agency's website and the different Units attached to INAEM in order to cause the least possible harm to users of these institutions.
