The president of Cs proposes 'a unique mailing and the elimination of outdoor advertising' to at least 'save 20 million euros' in the new election campaign

"We need an express eviction law against illegal mafias to protect families suffering from squatting." This was stated by the president of Citizens (Cs), Albert Rivera, during his visit to neighbors affected by squatting in the Madrid neighborhood of Puente de Vallecas with the secretary of Municipal Policy of Cs and vice mayor of Madrid, Begoña Villacís.

"We are obliged to defend the humble and hardworking people who have suffered illegal squatting and narco-housing," something that "harms all the neighbors" and not just "the owner," Rivera defended, in addition to pointing out that "we have been with people who have seen their home squatted around their vacations ”and“ we have seen how some people have been sleeping in a car for two years because their homes have been stolen ”.

Regarding the 10-N electoral campaign, the leader of the liberal formation has explained that "in the face of these elections that most Spaniards did not want" but that they occur because "we have had a candidate unable to form a government", Citizens propose "a single sending of electoral advertising and the elimination of outdoor advertising" to "save us 20 million euros". "If Sánchez continues, Spain is blocked" but "if we manage to win and add, our country will start up with a government," Rivera concluded.
