Roldan believes that separatist groups "insist on skipping the constitutional order" and want to "repeat the coup" in their PRs of the general policy debate
"While we care about real Catalonia, the separatist parties seek to expel the Civil Guard." This has been said by the spokeswoman for Citizens (Cs) in the Parliament of Catalonia, Lorena Roldán, on the second day of the general policy debate in the Parliament. Roldán has denounced that the separatist groups “want to expel half of Catalonia, but now they also want to physically expel the Civil Guard”, and explained that, instead, the proposals presented by Cs propose solutions “both in social matters and in the condemnation of violence and terrorism ”.
The orange spokeswoman has again regretted that yesterday the president of the Generalitat, Quim Torra, "defended the detainees for alleged terrorist offenses." "We asked him to apologize and put an end to this situation, but he insisted on his irresponsibility," Roldán explained and reminded Torra that "it is the duty of all public office to condemn violence." He has considered that "they are not suitable attitudes" when dealing with those convicted of terrorism "as heroes" when inviting Otegi to TV3 or the independence leaders take pictures with the founder of Terra Lliure.
The orange deputy has announced that the independence parties "insist on skipping the constitutional order" and want to "repeat the coup" in the proposals they have presented in the general policy debate. "Again we see the separatist groups wanting to skip the judgments of the Constitutional Court," said Roldán and explained that Cs has submitted two reconsiderations to the Mesa del Parlament so that they are not admitted.
On the other hand, Roldán has assessed the latest survey of the Center for Sociological Research (CIS), stating that "the only news is that Tezanos has not given 100% of the votes to the acting president Pedro Sánchez." He stressed that on November 10 "there is the possibility of turning the situation around and having Sanchez pack his things from Moncloa." He pointed out that the survey "has little validity" when it was carried out before the announcement of the electoral advance and that "the failure and irresponsibility of Sánchez" was verified.
