Health deploys a specific device for the arrival of Spanish returnees from Wuhan

In recent days, Salvador Illa has held bilateral meetings with the directors of each autonomous community. In them, they discussed the situation of each of the proposals for progress to Phase 1 prepared by each territory based on the criteria for evaluating the strategic capacity for the transition process (attached annex).

As a result of the technical analysis of the documentation, 51% of Spanish citizens will be able to make social distancing measures more flexible as of Monday by moving their territories of residence to Phase I of the Plan for Transition to a new normality ( attached with the list).

In these territories, the social contact of up to a maximum of 10 people will be allowed, without counting the cohabitants. In any case, they must maintain a minimum safety distance of two meters or establish physical protection and hand hygiene measures.

The order that regulates Phase 1 will allow, among others, the reopening of the hotel and restaurant terraces outdoors, up to a number of tables less than 50% of those authorized. At each table or group of tables there may be a maximum of 10 people, who, in addition, must respect the interpersonal distance.

Hotels

As for hotels and tourist establishments, their catering services will be for the exclusive use of their clients. The use of spas, gyms, mini clubs, children's areas, discos, event rooms, etc. is prohibited. For these establishments, the order also establishes specific hygiene measures.

People with symptoms of COVID-19, those diagnosed with the disease or those who have been in close contact with someone with symptoms or diagnosed, should continue to be isolated.
