For the first time, the Spanish National Police and the FIIAPP organize an operational meeting to make known in depth the inter-operability between law enforcement agencies and the organizations that participate in the process of first reception of migrants and asylum seekers.
The purpose of this visit is to reinforce the exchange of good practices in the fight against the illicit trafficking networks of migrants in Niger, and to know the methods of collection, treatment and analysis of the information used to dismantle the said networks.
The coordination between both countries in the fight against human trafficking and human trafficking networks has allowed the dismantling of 59 criminal organizations and the arrest of 264 people
