In the last seven days, the Autonomous Communities have increased their capacity to carry out this type of diagnostic tests by 18%. In addition, the PCR rate carried out up to that date has grown to stand at 40.75 per 1,000 inhabitants.
Along with the PCR diagnostic tests performed, the Autonomous Communities report that they have also carried out a total of 1,118,429 rapid antibody tests, representing a rate of 23.75 per 1,000 inhabitants and an increase of 33% compared to the week previous. In the case of the Balearic Islands, this statistic includes CA serological tests.
In total, since the beginning of the epidemic, 3,037,840 diagnostic tests for COVID-19 have been carried out so far.
