The Secretary of State for Tourism, Isabel Oliver, signed today at the Casa de México de Madrid the transfer of the materials that make up the training program hosts the state of Michoacán, represented by its Secretary of Tourism, Claudia Chávez.

Said program promotes the improvement of the quality of the companies and tourist destinations to achieve the satisfaction of the expectations and needs of the clients, fostering a culture of detail and customer service, before, during and after the trip that improves the perceived quality in its set

The Secretariat of Tourism of the Mexican state of Michoacán plans to implement the methodology and technology of Hosts in the cultural product Ruta Don Vasco, created around the figure of Vasco Vázquez de Quiroga.

This transfer of knowledge between Spain and Mexico is part of the Memorandum of Understanding on tourism signed a few months ago by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Reyes Maroto, and the Secretary of Tourism of Mexico, Miguel Torruco, aimed at promoting transverse way a sustainable, responsible and accessible tourism.
