The BOE publishes the Order that regulates the mandatory use of a mask when it is not possible to maintain the interpersonal distance of 2 meters

It is established that people six years of age and older must wear it when this circumstance occurs on public roads, in outdoor spaces and in any closed space for public use or that is open to the public.

The Order states that it is also recommended for children between 3 and 5 years old and that preferably hygienic and surgical masks, covering the nose and mouth, should be used.

Its use will not be required in people who present some type of respiratory difficulty that may be aggravated by its use, those who have duly justified health reasons or those who, due to their situation of disability or dependency, present behavioral changes that make it unfeasible. In addition, the text indicates that it will not be required either in the development of activities in which, by the nature of these, their use is incompatible or if there is a cause of force majeure or a situation of need.

Nor will it be compulsory in the development of activities that are incompatible, such as the intake of food and beverages.
