The National Dramatic Center (CDN) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) They are collaborating in the organization in numerous cities of Latin America of workshops that aim to promote access to training and inclusion in cultural projects of artists, managers, technicians and cultural agents with disabilities, facilitating the implementation of inclusive projects and performing the necessary follow-up so that they can settle down becoming models in countries with the presence of the AECID.

The specialists in inclusive theater Inés Enciso Y Magda Labarda are imparting the «Culture and diversity» workshop in numerous Cultural Centers of the AECID. Enciso He has attended La Paz (Bolivia), Santiago de Chile (Chile), Lima (Peru) and Montevideo (Uruguay). While Labarda He has also visited the centers of San José (Costa Rica), San Salvador (El Salvador), Tegucigalpa (Guatemala) and Managua (Nicaragua).

This workshop is aimed at cultural managers, scenic programmers, art curators and artists interested in inclusion in cultural projects. Also to NGO workers, foundations or associations, cultural institutions, cultural policy makers and companies interested in the Cultural Sponsorship.

The workshops are held within the framework of ABOUT, Training Program for the Development of the Cultural Sector of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID). They are also framed in the festival «A different look. Challenge 2019 ».

Since 2013, and during its six editions, the festival «A different look», directed by Inés Enciso and Miguel Cuerdo, has pretended to be a platform that promotes and seats the presence of artists with disabilities in the regular programming of the exhibition centers. In the season 2018/2019 A further step was taken in achieving this objective by betting on continuing projects and investing in theater research under the name of Challenge 2019.
