On February 17, José Alberto González-Ruiz, CEOE General Secretary, accompanied the Vice President of the European Commission, Margaritis Schinas, and the Minister of Education and Youth of the Community of Madrid, Enrique Ossorio, to the Teacher Training Center Raúl Vázquez.

This center stands out for being one of the pioneers in dual FP in the Community of Madrid, especially in the areas of transport and maintenance of vehicles. In the 2019-2020 academic year, more than 700 students will pass through this comprehensive vocational training center, of which 50% will be in mixed education. Collaboration with companies is vital to identify which profiles are the most demanded and thus achieve the objective of VET: achieve labor insertion.

This professional training model was launched in the Community of Madrid in the 2011-2012 academic year, since about 900 centers have taught Dual FP in Spain.
