The Civil Guard, has proceeded in the town of Calahorra (La Rioja), the arrest of a 26-year-old person with a wide criminal record, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of shoplifting and a crime of serious disobedience for failing to comply with The confinement order by COVID 19 is reiterated. For this last crime, it is the second time that he has been arrested.

Theft to carelessness
This person entered the interior of a supermarket in the town of Calahorra (La Rioja) and, after taking advantage of the absence of customers, proceeded to remove the drawer of one of the recording machines with € 956'72 inside, subsequently fleeing the place.
For this reason, the Citizen Security Units, after being alerted to the fact, located the author hidden inside a building near the place of business where the recording machine had been stolen, so they were arrested and transferred to police units.
