The Civil Guard brings to court the fourth alleged perpetrator of the death of Francisco Javier Ardines

The Swiss Authorities have proceeded to deliver the case today, materializing the extradition of the suspect

First thing tomorrow, Thursday May 14, will be presented before the Court of 1st Instance and Instruction of Llanes (Asturias)

The Civil Guard, within the framework of Operation Strabe, will proceed to bring to justice the Algerian citizen MK, 42 years old, considered the fourth person responsible for the death of Francisco Javier ARDINES GONZÁLEZ the morning of August 16 2018, when the deceased was violently assaulted near his home in Belmonte de Pría (Llanes).

The laborious investigation carried out by Agents of the Central Operational Unit and the Gijón Command, on the occasion of these events, led to the arrest of three of the four alleged perpetrators in February 2019, who remain in provisional prison, as well as the execution of house searches in different properties, including the usual address of the now extradited.

After being handed over by the Swiss Authorities, today, members of the Civil Guard investigation team will present the extradited person before the 1st Instance and Instruction Court of Llanes tomorrow.
