The Civil Guard has drawn up reports of denunciation within the framework of the Royal Decree that regulates the state of alarm, for different infractions that have taken place in various parts of Spain.

In Huelva, the agents of the Nature Protection Service Team (SEPRONA) when they were serving in the Doñana Natural Area (term of Almonte), located a man with his son. The adult apparently was picking up asparagus, accompanied by his son who was riding a horse, both being more than a kilometer from his home. For this reason, since justified causes included in the Royal Decree regulating confinement restrictions in the state of alarm were not considered, an infraction record was made for these events.

In the province of Malaga, the Civil Guard has carried out two actions in which 6 people who reported climbing in the area of El Chorro in the municipality of Álora (Malaga) have been denounced, in breach of the provisions of the Royal Decree that regulates the movements of people during the period of the alarm state. The first took place on April 3 when two people who were climbing were reported. In the same spot, on April 6, 4 people were reported who were also climbing. Two of them, Erasmus students in Seville, despite knowing the state of alarm, traveled to Malaga on a motorcycle to practice climbing. Realizing that the agents were in the area, they tried to hide in the brush to avoid being located.

In A Coruña, the SEPRONA patrol of the Civil Guard surprised an entire family on April 4, in breach of the confinement imposed by the Royal Decree that determines the state of Alarm. This family was about 500 m. from his home, finding a parent with a daughter walking several dogs and two other children, one of legal age driving an "enduro" motorcycle and another minor driving a Quad, not old enough to drive this type of vehicle. All of them were in a field and the other parent was identified walking towards this field to join the whole family. They were denounced for breaching the restrictions on freedom of movement stipulated in Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14.

In Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the Civil Guard in coordination with Rural Agents, has identified and denounced two poachers who were caught hunting rabbits with the help of dogs in the vicinity of the Colorada mountain, a high mountain forest site belonging to the town of Cruz de Tea and the municipality of Granadilla de Abona. Both people have also been denounced for disobeying the authority in relation to the restrictions established in the Royal Decree on the state of alarm.
