The Civil Guard has denounced 23 people who were celebrating the festivity of the town of Las Navas de Madroño (Cáceres), in the middle of the street in the town and another person who skipped the confinement measures established by the current state of alarm, to go out to the Plaza Mayor of the municipality of Malpartida (Cáceres), and make several shots into the air with a shotgun.

The performance took place when the Civil Guard learned that several people were celebrating in the town the local festivity of the municipality on the street. The events, which occurred on April 12, were recorded on video and broadcast on social networks, which allowed the Civil Guard to quickly identify the author, who has had the weapon and the documentation that protects his possession, also having been denounced for wrongfully skipping confinement and negligently or recklessly using a firearm.
In this way, that same afternoon, the Civil Guard seized the shotgun from the perpetrator, his membership guide and the weapons license, as well as five blank cartridges that, apparently, had been used in the shooting. . The defendant told the agents that they had fired the shots with the intention of celebrating the festivity that day entailed, since it is a tradition in his town to celebrate it that way.
