The Civil Guard of the Main Post of Puerto Rico-Mogán, in Gran Canaria, has denounced two people, residents in Spain and of Italian nationality, who were participating in a party in the community pool of an apartment complex in the town of Puerto Rico , along with other people who also participated in the party but who fled the place.
Mogán Local Police Notice
The intervention began when local police officers requested support from the Civil Guard, since they had been notified of a party that was taking place in the community pool of a timeshare exploitation complex; When arriving at the pool area, at least seven people could be observed sunbathing, alcoholic beverages and listening to music with total normality, clearly breaching the measures dictated in article 7 of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, about the health alarm status.
Complaints
At the time of the agents' presence, several of the people who were in the place fled towards their homes, although the agents managed to intercept two people, who were each denounced for two infractions: breaching the confinement decreed by the alarm sanitary and by disturbance of public order.
It means that the agents continue with the work to identify the four remaining people who were in the place.
Both offenses, classified as serious in articles 36.6 and 36.3 in Organic Law 4/2015 on Protection of Citizen Security, contemplate fines ranging from 601 to 30,000 euros.
From the Civil Guard it is recalled that this type of imprudence and malicious actions generate a risk for those who commit them as well as the rest of the population.
